Nurse Wellness Playbook ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

• Any data that leaves your device

Data Storage

All data you enter into Nurse Wellness Playbook is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Your profile information (name, shift type, preferences)
• Daily check-ins and mood entries
• Journal entries and reflections
• Wellness tracking data (sleep, hydration, nutrition)
• Self-assessment results (PHQ-9, GAD-7)
• Goals and progress data

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers, cloud services, or third parties.

No Account Required

Nurse Wellness Playbook does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no registration process and no data is sent to external servers.

Data Export

You can export your data at any time through the Settings menu. The exported data is provided directly to you and is not transmitted through our servers.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through the Settings menu by selecting "Reset All Data." Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will also remove all associated data.

Third-Party Services

Nurse Wellness Playbook does not integrate with or send data to any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

Face ID / Biometric Security

The app offers optional Face ID or Touch ID protection for private journal entries. Biometric data is handled entirely by Apple's secure enclave and is never accessed or stored by our app.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Children's Privacy

Nurse Wellness Playbook is intended for adults (healthcare professionals) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
